We work floor by floor and shift by shift, coordinated with reception. Rooms are back in service the same day.
Connected to your PMS
We configure and program the access system against the PMS you already run. Reception issues the card and the door recognises it.
On-site staff training
Reception and maintenance learn to issue, cancel and audit cards, so day-to-day work doesn't depend on us.
Spare parts in stock
Parts for the ranges we install, on the shelf. A lock out of action is a room you cannot sell.
How we work
Order matters: each step exists so the next one holds no surprises.
Site visit
We come, measure the doors and see what is installed. A quote given over the phone without seeing the door is a quote that changes.
Fixed proposal
Materials, labour and timeline in writing, with the alternatives available, not a single option.
Phased installation
Floor by floor, coordinated with reception, without blocking the hotel. Rooms are handed back in service each day.
Integration and testing
PMS connection, master cards issued and a door-by-door check before we call it done.
Training and handover
A session with reception and maintenance. Documentation and master codes handed over.
Support and spares
A direct phone number and parts in stock. No call centre, no ticket number.
