What we collect. Only what you type into the form: name and property, email or phone, and your message. Optionally number of rooms, current model reference, type of property and type of work. Alongside these we store the date, time and IP address of the submission, as the record of consent required by law.

Why. To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. If you tick the second box, also to send you news and catalogues. These are two separate permissions.

How long. Enquiries for the duration of the commercial relationship plus the legal retention period. Marketing data until you unsubscribe.

Who we share it with. Nobody, except the email delivery provider if you subscribe. This site uses no cookies and no tracking analytics.

Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to djurado@bcnlocks.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
